Chris J. Pinell, CPA, CITP, CFE, MBA

Chris Pinell is experienced in accounting, auditing, taxation, and forensic accounting - specializing in accounting and attest services for small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities including audits in accordance with Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (commonly called "Uniform Guidance").

Chris has gained the trust and respect of the clients he serves by going beyond the role of the traditional CPA and providing them with practical and cost efficient solutions to improve: board structure and governance, benchmarking of best practices, maximizing funding streams, and developing and implementing internal controls.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Amherst with a Master of Business Administration and Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is also a Certified Information Technology Professional and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Chris's professional memberships include the Society of Louisiana CPAs (previously served on the Accounting and Auditing Committee and the Career Awareness Committee), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Randy J. Martinez, CPA, MBA

Randy Martinez is experienced in accounting, auditing, and taxation with a focus in tax planning and preparation for the complex and sophisticated needs of businesses and individuals. He is knowledgeable in multi-state tax issues and an innovator in the development of tax minimization strategies accommodating federal and state compliance.

Randy's exposure to and experience with a wide variety of tax and business risks makes him an invaluable asset to his clients. His clients are varied and include businesses in the construction, maritime, hospitality, retail, healthcare, financial, and manufacturing industries, as well as nonprofit organizations and governmental entities.

Randy is also skilled in audits of employee benefit plans, including 401(k) plans in accordance with DOL and ERISA guidelines, and audits in accordance with Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (commonly called "Uniform Guidance").

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University. His professional memberships include the Society of Louisiana CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),and the Northshore Chapter of the LCPA.
