Essential Functions

  • Perform diversified accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting assignments under the direction of the partners
  • Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and Firm standards
  • Meet time constraints and client deadlines by working effectively within given budgetary parameters
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Participate in planning and scheduling of client engagements
  • Perform the broadest range of accounting tasks so that direct participation of partners is kept to a minimum
  • Punctually enter time and expenses into billing software to support efficient billing processes


Priority will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a 3.0+ GPA
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in use of computers and ability to learn accounting, audit, and tax software
  • Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles, audit standards, tax law
  • Ability to organize work and projects, prioritize and meet deadlines, and complete tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Proactively seeks knowledge, new task, and responsibilities
  • Cooperative and responsive to training, supervision, and constructive feedback
  • Maintains appropriate compliance with all Firm policies and procedures

Working Conditions

  • Flexible work schedule
  • Periodically, same day travel for work at clients’ offices, meetings, and seminars using a personal vehicle
  • Occasional overtime work required throughout the year
